Naděžda Goryczková
She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at Brno University of Technology. She previously served as the Director of the Regional Office of the National Heritage Institute (NPÚ) in Ostrava and has been the Director General of the National Heritage Institute since 2008. From 2023 to 2025, she headed MUSEum+. Her professional work focuses on the research, conservation, and restoration of modern architectural heritage. She serves on the Scientific Council of the Minister of Culture, the Minister of Culture’s Research Council, the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Business Administration at Prague University of Economics and Business, the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, the Czech National Committee of ICOMOS, and the heritage advisory boards of the National Heritage Institute’s regional offices in Olomouc and Ostrava. She is also an honorary member of the Scientific and Artistic Council of the Faculty of Architecture at Czech Technical University in Prague and Chair of the National Evaluation Commission for the European Heritage Label (EHL).
